In November 1998, the coffee-table book "The Rolling Stones A Life On The Road" was published.

The book aroused my interest in Alexis Korner.

"Who's Alexis Korner?" "Which kinds of music did he play?"

First of all, I bought an album through the internet.There was no reason I chose it. It was on the top of a list at an online shop.

The album was titled "TESTAMENT", which was a live album.

I was completely blown away. What a fantastic music!

I felt like I found just what I was looking for.

Then, I started to buy more his albums (CDs, Vinyls).

In those days there were few websites about Alexis Korner.

His biography was the only way for me to find out about him.

I think he is one of the under-rated musicians in music history, even though he was rated "The Father of British Blues".

Most people seemed to know him as a radio presenter rather than a musician.

I really want a lot of people to listen to his music, especially the younger generations who have never seen him before like me.

That's the reason why I made up my mind to build this website.

I'm so glad that this website could give you a chance to start to know about Alexis Korner.
